Today, our Team is very pleased to announce our newly acquired production facility in the city of Solingen.
The new production facility is located in the "Alte Waffenfabrik" permesis. With its 510 m² productions hall the new facility allowed us to expand our production capabilities.
The new facility adds the following machines to our tookit:
- Forging Hammer by manufacturer Reiter ( 56 Bären Gewicht )
- State of the Art 4 Forging Gas Ovens ( Designed & manufactured by STERNSTEIGER STAHLWAREN GMBH ) itself.
- A vertical sandings Machine by manufacturer JUNG
- A Round sandings Machine by manufacturer Delta SNS Italy
- 2 pieces of Sanding machines
- A Steel Cutting Machine by manufacturer AEG
- An Electric Oven by Berger ( for the hardness of Steel )
- A Vertical Industrial Driling & Milling machine by manufacturer FLOTT
- A rounded tradational water sharpening machine by JUNG
We are very pleased to announce that soon STERNSTEIGER will be officially announcing the start of forgeing courses on tradational damascus knife forgeing. All the above has been undertaken during the pandemic and its achievements are thanks to our founder & current Senoir Product Designer Mr. Usman Riaz Butt .
