The STERNSTEIGER professional Whetstone has two sides to sharpen your knives
One side with coarse grit ( 6000) and the other side with fine grit ( 1000).
You need to use the given knife gripper to sharpen the knife. The best angle to sharpen is 22- 24, so keep upright your knife position and sharpen all your old knives now.
